Refund Policy

Try the book and the app for 10 days. If it isn't right for your family, you get your money back. No forms, no debate.

How to ask

Email us within 10 days of your payment. Include the email address you used at checkout and your payment receipt or reference number.

What you get back

A full refund of what you paid (₹0), sent to the payment method you used. Once we approve it, the time your bank or card provider takes to show it is outside our control.

After a refund

Your access is closed and we ask that you stop using the book and the app and delete any copies you saved. Because the product is digital and can't be returned, the refund window is the only window: requests after 10 days are not covered.

Not received your links?

If nothing arrived within 15 minutes of paying, check spam or promotions, then email us with your receipt. That is a support issue, not a refund request, and we will fix it first.
