These terms apply when you buy or use The Family Buckets book and companion app. By paying, you agree to them.

What you are buying

A one-time purchase of a digital book (PDF) and a companion web app, for use by you and your own family. Access is delivered as links sent to the email you used at checkout.

Your licence

You may use the book and app for your own family's planning. Please do not share your links, resell, copy, or publish the book, the app or any part of them.

This is not financial advice

The Family Buckets is a planning tool and an educational book. It is not investment, tax or legal advice. Mutual fund investments are subject to market risks. Every figure, projection and example is an illustrative assumption, not a promise or guarantee of returns or of any outcome. Please speak to a qualified financial advisor about your own situation before you invest.

Your data in the app

The app keeps what you enter on your own device. You are responsible for your own device and for backing up what matters to you.

Payment and refunds

Payment is taken by our payment partner, SuperProfile. The price is shown on the page before you pay. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Availability

We work to keep the book and app available and correct, but we provide them "as is" and cannot promise they will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
